About Block Drop Deluxe
Block Drop Deluxe is an original falling-block puzzle game built on the genre's classic rules. Seven tetromino shapes fall into a ten-wide well; rotate and slide them to complete horizontal lines, which vanish and score points. Clear four lines at once for the biggest bonus, use the hold slot to stash an awkward piece, and watch the next-piece preview to plan ahead. Speed climbs every ten lines, and the game ends when the well overflows.

How to Play
- Pieces fall from the top. Move them left/right and rotate them to fit.
- Complete a full horizontal row to clear it. Clear multiple rows at once for bonus points.
- Soft drop speeds the piece down; hard drop slams it instantly for bonus points.
- HOLD stores the current piece and swaps it with the held one (once per piece).
- Every 10 lines raises the level and the fall speed.
- The game ends when a new piece can't spawn.

Tips & Strategies
- Keep the stack flat and leave one column open on an edge for the long piece. Four-line clears score 1,200 × level.
- Back-to-back four-line clears earn an extra 50% bonus.
- Don't hoard the hold slot. Swapping out a bad piece early is almost always worth it.
- You can still slide a piece for a moment after it lands. Use it to tuck pieces under overhangs.
